Noki Basset Hound & Australian Cattle Dog / Blue Heeler Mix Wadena, MN

I'm Noki, one of the sweetest dogs you'll ever meet and I love my human family to no end. If you fall down, I'll be there to help you. My foster had a seizure and I went to be by her. I want you to always be okay, then I'll be okay. I prefer to always be with you, so hopefully you are the type who loves a dog near you. My foster mom is working on kennel training me so I will be okay being left alone. I haven't had any accidents in my foster home but we have frequent potty breaks to ensure I don't. My foster mom is being strict about not letting me on furniture and not encouraging me to jump up or paw for attention to set me up for success. But I'm a cuddle-bug at heart.

I'm even doing great off leash and having a blast with my foster sisters as we are out in the country and get to run around. But if my humans go inside I like to follow. When my name is said, I come! I've been around kids, dogs, and cats and do well with all. I get a little protective of food from other dogs but it's pretty mild and if I upset my human I feel really bad and sit snuggling close asking for forgiveness.

My adoption fee is 175.00 + tax.

Our adoption fees include the cost of spay/neuter surgeries, core vaccinations, deworming, and microchipping. If an animal is not yet fixed at the time of adoption, we require a refundable $100 deposit and only transfer legal ownership after you bring the pet to his/her appointment (which we schedule and pay for!)

Please call 218-632-5938 to check availability, place a hold, or inquire further. A $25 hold guarantees you will be first in line to meet and adopt a pet who is not yet ready to go home. If you adopt the hold goes toward the adoption fee. If you decide not to adopt it is consideration a donation to our shelter animals.
