Pawtunia Pug Myerstown, PA

Introducing wiggly and lovable Pawtunia! Pawtunia is a 7 year old fawn female pug who was surrendered to our shelter in February! Miss Pawtunia makes plenty of typical pug sounds like snorting, panting, whining and snoring. This is, of course, music to a pug person's ears. This stocky gal can be a resource guarder when it comes to her food so she does have child restrictions. She has done well with other dogs she has met. Staff has found she does not chase felines she encounters, she just seems to simply want to be their friend. She has a lot of spunk, but does enjoy a good nap in a soft cushy dog bed. Staff feels she would thrive best in a quiet home. Pawtunia enjoys short walks on her harness. She can take some time to find the purrfect spot to do her business outside (so be patient). This sturdy girl enjoys having her belly rubbed and exhibits all the typical pug antics. Staff does recommend a family with pug or flat faced dog experience.
