She’s sweet, an expert cuddler and she’s house trained!She is about 18lbs. She loves to play with other dogs!
We believe she was kept outside in a pet carrier... maybe it was because she was covered in fleas??!!
No owner has come forward, and are not responding to calls or voice mails.
