LILA Ragdoll Roscoe, IL

Lila is a very sweet 9 year old female SEAL POINT RAGDOLL , with her claws, who was surrendered to a local shelter when she was found abandoned in an apartment. She was then offered to rescue due to terrible dental problems. She is loving and mild mannered, not a huge fan of being hugged, but does love to petted and brushed. Right now she sports a lion cut because she had numerous uncomfortable mats from not being cared for for awhile. She, also, thanks to the dear folks at SPCR, just had a full dental with a number of extractions, so she will be feeling even better very soon, but the vet recommended that she stay on soft food for the rest of her life. She is otherwise in very good health, and terrific with her litter box. She would be most happy in a gentle home; respectful children over 6 years old are fine. She will need time and space to adjust to another cat, but she does interact with other cats in foster, after she gets to know them. A dog that would ignore her would be fine, too! ADOPTION FEE $200.
