Little Frosty, now lovingly called "grandpa" by all of his foster mom's friends - is the perfect example of what rescues like OTAT can do for scared shelter pups. When he came to us he was a bit of a mess, but with some TLC and a warm bed he has made a TOTAL 180 and is the most handsome senior pup there is! (In fact people think he is a puppy sometimes, he’s so full of life!) He loves cuddles and gives kisses. He likes watching other dogs on walks and is even comfortable getting sniffed and pet. He is so great on a leash and walks with such pride, he loves smelling everything!
