Coat length: Short
Health: Vaccinations up to date, spayed / neutered, special needs. Although he has no use of his back legs, he is the fast kitten I know when I need to put him back in his room and he is not done with playtime yet. He banks like a race car driver swinging around corners and flying down down stairs.

Good in a home with: Other cats, dogs, children, other animals. Scooter tolerates everything!.

Meet Scooter

Scooter was surrendered to Angel of Hope in August at a spay/neuter clinic in Puetro Vallarta, Mexico His owner had a video of a tiny kitten that the dog had shook but in her words "I don't want to kill him, he is trying so hard". How could we say no to this "CAN DO" boy! He is now about 9 months old and has no use of his back legs but this doesn't slow him down. He wears diapers as he races down stairs, flies around the room like a race car driving banking the curves. He even crawls into your bed to snuggle!
He does need his belly monitored to ensure he has no wounds from dragging, and is fine with diapers when he is loose. In his foster home he does go uncovered when in a room with hard surface flooring.
He is fine with dogs of all sizes and cats, and people of all ages.

He is a very sweet boy who is tolerate of everything! Would make a great therapy cat with his amazing attitude. (ps..he loves catnip and toys!)
