Meet Manuel - I'm from Puerto Rico!
Buenos Dias from Manuel who just came to Chicago from a shelter in Puerto Rico! This beautiful boy caught our eye because he isn't just looks, but personality too. He LOVES people and will do whatever he can to be close to you and get some pets.
Manuel is brand new to our rescue so we don't know too much. He doesn't seem to like other male dogs aside from his brother, so we are looking to place him in a dog-free home right now. He can also be adopted with his brother
Manuel will need an understanding home that can help him decompress after moving from a shelter in Puerto Rico where he didn't get much time out of a kennel to big city life.
