Meet Tinsel

Although on the smaller side of her litter, Tinsel has more than enough personality to make up for her size. With ears far too big for her head and the cutest dark rings around her eyes, this girl is quite unique and breathtakingly adorable. Tinsel is bold and feisty, and she loves to talk. Best of all, if you start talking to her, she will cock her precious head and perk her darling ears to listen closely before answering you (no, she isn't barking; she's actually trying to have a chat!). This silly munchkin has a blast playing with her siblings and the dogs in her foster home and isn't afraid to romp and wrestle with the big dogs. Because she is an active girl and can be mouthy, she would do best in a home with no young children. She is happy to settle with a toy on one of the dog beds once she has played for a bit. This sweetheart always has kisses ready for her people, and she never forgets to remind you that she really does adore you. Her love of life and pure silliness is truly infectious; she knows how to rope anyone and everyone into playing with her. Tinsel will certainly jazz up any home that can keep up with her!

Born on November 22nd in rural WV, Tinsel is one of Holly's Days and has been in foster care in NY since she was about four weeks old. Born on November 22nd in rural WV, Tinsel is one of Holly’s Days and has been in foster care in NY since she was about four weeks old. She is crate trained, sleeps through the night, and coming along nicely with her house training. Before falling love and applying, please keep in mind that young puppies require plenty of exercise, stimulation, training, and socialization for many months to come.

Thank you so much for your interest in adopting a dog from A New Chance Animal Rescue (www.anewchancear.org). We are an all volunteer group, so after submitting your application, if you don't hear back from us within a few days, please e-mail us at adoption@anewchancear.org. Be sure to read about the adoption process (http://www.anewchancear.org/adoption_process.php) on our website, so you'll know what to expect and fill out all fields on the adoption application (http://www.anewchancear.org/adoption_application.html)or we won't be able to process it.

As you can imagine, we are only able to save as many dogs as we have foster homes (http://www.anewchancear.org/faq.php) and resources for. We do not have a shelter facility and we provide medical care including vaccinations, testing, deworming, spaying/neutering, and microchipping before transporting our dogs. Then, we provide whatever follow up care is necessary while they are in foster care. All of this is very expensive and the number of lives we can save is entirely dependent upon donations from people like you. We do not receive funding from private foundations or government sources, so if you can find room in your heart to help us, with any amount, we are truly grateful (http://www.anewchancear.org/donate.php). It is only through your kindness and that of supporters like you that we are "changing lives...one tail at a time" by providing our dogs with "A New Chance." (www.anewchancear.org)

Thanks so much.
