Meet Niko
Sweet Niko is 14 yrs old and is in Congestive Heart Failure and has kidney disease. He is on medication for his heart and is doing just great. He does need to be kept on a special diet and will need his daily medications for the rest of his life. He is a very sweet boy, but very independent too. He loves to investigate outside and go for long walks when the weather is cooler. He is great with dogs, but would need a home with quieter and gentler dogs to keep him from getting hurt. He weighs just 6# now and is putting much needed weight back on. He should be about 7-8# when at ideal weight. This guy has had a rough life and needs a quiet and loving home to retire in. If you have the love, the financial means and the heart to adopt this guy, please consider it. He is worth it!
