Spencer is an awesome cat who had been waiting for a home for far too long. We didn’t want to share this because we wanted his adoption to be love at first sight and not influenced by his celebrity status, but maybe this will help find him a home: Spencer was in Harry Potter! Spencer was abandoned in the country & left to fend for himself. As the nights became colder, he wandered looking for help out of his heartbreak & loneliness. Once he found someone he knew would be kind to him, he completely surrendered himself to the love & compassion. He is so happy to have a full belly & a warm bed. Spencer loves to roll over for his belly to be scratched and delights in the attention he gets from anyone who will give it to him. He has the most magnificent green eyes that are absolutely mesmerizing. He has a combination of spots & stripes in his soft coat, and a broad head that gives him the look of a bold bobcat. We can't say enough wonderful things about this sweet boy. Spencer truly deserves to live his life as a king, and we have promised we will find a forever home that will do just that for him.

Spencer is an emerald-eyed American Shorthair/Ocicat mix (based on appearance/size), weighs 12 lbs and is 1-2 yrs old. He is neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, given flea/tick preventative, tested negative for FIV/FeLV, and dewormed. Adoption fee is $100 to help offset the many expenses we have for vetting costs. We rely strictly on adoption fees and donations to continue to save the lives of orphaned & abandoned pets; 100% goes towards their care. The FIRST step is to have you complete our online adoption application. All adoption appointments are scheduled after your application has been approved. Since all of our pets are in foster homes and not a facility, we hold adoption appointments once a week on either a Saturday or Sunday, during scheduled time period. We need ALL family members or those living within your home, to be present for an appointment. Preference is given to those with a verifiable veterinary reference and home ownership, although generally not required. Home ownership is verified through court records.
