Sweet senior Leta had a rough past, but now being flea free, having rotten teeth cleaned and pulled, a benign lump removed, and getting some meat on her bones, she has a new healthy look to support her new life! Leta is an affectionate and easy to live with girl, about 15 pounds, and does well with people of all ages and other dogs. She is rumored to chase cats-- not sure we believe it, but that's what someone in her past said. She is house trained but does like to go outside every 3 hours or so when you are home. However, at night, she sleeps like a log, can easily go 10 or so hours zonked out next to you. Leta needs a home where someone is home most of the time, she gets really distressed if she is left for long periods and doesn't like the crate. She'd love to be a constant companion for someone, or spend minimal time alone. She loves to be with you showing how much she loves you.
