Meet Margo & Mabel
Margo and Mabel were rescued from a puppy mill auction in a coordinated effort with another rescue group. Both girls spent the first 10 months of their lives in a puppy mill with no socialization. They are sweet, but very shy. With time and patience they do learn to trust and are house trained. Mabel was placed once, but her owners fell on hard times and she escaped, thankfully finding her way back to our rescue. We now would like to place the sisters together. They are very bonded. They need someone with a secure yard and an understanding about working with dogs who are shy.
Our rescue is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Because we accept responsibility for our foster dogs for the life of the dog, we do not ship dogs and we do not typically do long distance placements unless you are an approved, repeat adopter. We will consider homes within approximately 300 miles of our area (reasonable driving distance).
