Meet Poppy (Madison)

Poppy is a curious and very active New Zealand White rabbit. She came to WHRS with several other rabbits who had been rescued from a bad situation. She likes to dig in her blanket box, does crazy binkies, and loves to explore. Poppy is spayed and has excellent litter box habits. She can even be a little protective of her litterbox. Since she wasn’t handled much prior to coming to WHRS, she's still frightened of being picked up. She'll only allow the briefest of pets at first, but once she trusts you, she'll come and lay against you and nudge you with her nose.

Please consider adopting this white beauty. SHE’S BEEN WAITING FOR A HOME FOR WELL OVER A YEAR!

Go to rabbit.org to learn how to care for Poppy. Then contact the Wisconsin House Rabbit Society to learn how to meet her!

If you adopt me you will receive a free copy of The House Rabbit Handbook: How To Live With An Urban Rabbit.
