Meet Nacho
As of 12/2 Nacho will be at our Adoption Center. Please submit an application and then come by to meet him.
Nacho is Nacho is Nacho is 7-8 months old and around 20 pounds.
He is a total snugglebug! He'll curl up under a blanket in his bed or, if you let him, right next to you in bed. He's great in the house. No accidents since being in foster. He'll let you know he needs to potty by barking at the door and pawing at his leash. Also, he does well in his crate. His cooperation is definitely encouraged by stuffed Kongs-- peanut butter, frozen yogurt/berries, pumpkin/kibble freezes. He gets so excited that he squeaks a little.
Nacho has a super high prey drive, so he'd be best in a home with leashed walks instead of a yard. He does well on the martingale collar or in a harness. :-)
He's fab w people, kids and other pups! He introduces himself pretty enthusiastically, but he reads body language well & knows when to back off. He'd be thrilled to move in a home w another pup who likes to wrestle. He knows how to sit & shake, and he's working on down & stay.
Nacho is now neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is $300 and you can access our application here:
