Sweet Cecily Adams has come all the way from Texas to meet you! This star trekked thought the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey and is ready to find a family of her own. She’s currently being fostered in a party of 5, with 2 other dogs and 2 young children, and this super-friendly girl gets along with everyone. Cecily is an adorable 5-month-old Rat Terrier/Italian Greyhound mix and weighs 12 lbs; when she grows up (and grows into those crazy-cute ears!) she’ll likely weigh under 20 lbs. So get smart and come meet Cecily Adams—she’s the ultimate home improvement!
