Meet Omen

U will need to sit down to look at this boy's pictures. He's that breathtaking.

This is the gorgeous....the stunning.....the heart breaker Omen.

Omen was rescued from the streets of Egypt and was flown to the US. Egypt is a country known for torturing dogs as part of their everyday culture. Omen's entire litter was brutally tortured with only he and his sister surviving. All of his litter mates succumbed to their injuries .

As a result of his horrific past, Omen has an immediate fear to new things. In his country, strangers meant suffering. Omen doesn't have an aggressive bone in his body. His fear plays out with him trembling, pancaking to the floor, or hiding. When he realizes that someone isn't going to hurt him, he becomes a loyal best friend with limitless love. He is silly, playful, and happy. Omen was adopted to a lovely couple whose neighborhood is too loud and busy for Omen. Going for a walk on a bustling street petrified him - sounds and people in all directions. His family hired a behaviorist and began working with him and he has made great progress! However the busyness of where he lives now is not allowing him to move past where he is. His family made the difficult decision to rehome him. Omen needs a home in a quiet neighborhood, in a calm environment - which is why we said no kids. He is also very afraid of them as children are often the main tormentors in these countries. We also believe that he would thrive with another dog. He LOVED playing with some of the neighborhood dogs and literally became this different dog. Ideally, a home with only one other would be best as we don't want to overwhelm him. A younger dog or puppy - one with lots of energy - would be his best friend!

Omen is completely house broken and is NOT destructive at all. He is incredibly intelligent and loves making his people happy. He is very affectionate - loves to be petted - and will cuddle with you all night. He has the sweetest, most endearing personality that one can't help but fall in love with.

Adoption fee $550 and includes health exam, deworming, up to date vaccines, microchip, full bloodwork, 4DX test, neuter, and 30 days of free pet health insurance.
