Abby Terrier Mix League City, TX

Hi, I'm Abby, a 3 year old terrier mix sweetheart. I was found roaming the streets when a really nice lady stopped on the road and opened her car door - and I jumped right in. I'm now at SCP looking for a forever home. I weigh about 14 pounds and am learning all kinds of new things at my foster's home. I'm crate trained and doing great on perfecting my house manners, learning to wait until invited to go through an open door, and obedience and leash training. I'm playful and outgoing and will play "tug" and fetch when you're ready. I live fine with dogs and enjoy a good wrestle or game of chase with them.  I love to sit on laps and cuddle with people of all sizes and ages.  My foster doesn't know about cats since she doesn't have any at her house. I bond quickly and so want an active family who will make me part of their family activities and will teach me all kinds of new things. I'm really afraid of loud noises, especially fireworks and thunder, I'll need a safe place like my crate or a lap during thunderstorms.  Please come meet me at Petco!

Adopter for Abby must reside in the immediate Houston/Galveston area and be at least 25 years old. A home visit may be required prior to this dog going to any home.

Adoption fee for Abby is $175.

Adoptions are held on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Clear Lake Petco, 2410 Bay Area Boulevard. The adoption fee starts at $175. All dogs are microchipped, on heartworm protection, spayed/neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed and treated for fleas. Please come visit with us on Saturday!
