Meet Dex
Meet Dex!
Dex is one of 8 puppies that were saved with no time to spare. They were an unwanted and "unexpected" litter whose owner could not keep them any longer. Mom and dad have since been spayed and neutered so no more "unexpected" litters from these parents, but nonetheless, PMAR GA jumped into action to get these kids healthy, parasite free and socialized properly.
Dex is the runt of the litter, and when we say runt...we mean more than half the size of his siblings! We truly believe that Dex would not have made it another day or two in the condition he was in. He was barely 2 lbs while the rest of the litter was over 5 lbs :( But don't let his size fool you, he has caught up and is a bouncing baby boy and is pushing 5 lbs these day! You GO Dex!
This is a fun crew of kid--all puppy and full of kisses and tail wags!

All of our animals are examined by a veterinarian, given age-appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, spayed or neutered, heartworm tested and treated if necessary. Vet references are required and prior to adoption a home inspection will be conducted.
