From the shelter......Here are photos of Rosco. He's an absolute doll and just really needs help. We know that he won't move quickly here and we know he won't do well in the shelter environment which is why we are asking for assistance. I really hope you can help this boy. He needs it. He is 4 years old. He sits and loves people. We've had him off leash in play groups and he seems to be really great. He seems to be a high energy, playful dog, who can be nervous at first. He just hates shelter life and doesn't seem like a good candidate to stay here for a long period of time.
Rosco has had a heck of a short life. He's been bounced three times.
