Picot Cairn Terrier & Norwich Terrier Mix San Diego, CA

If you have a soft spot for cute little scruffy dogs with shy streak, then Picot is definitely worth meeting! This adorable little terrier was rescued from a kill shelter in Carson, CA along with his brother Tissot. Both boys came in very fearful, but have slowly shed their wall-flowering ways and started showing volunteers their true, naturally loving selves. Picot has a sweet, mellow, docile, mild-mannered, and low-key personality. He coexists harmoniously with other dogs and cats alike and he does not discriminate. Out in the play yard in more comfortable settings, Picot can be seen engaging with his buddies with his tail wagging. With people, he is a bit slower to trust, but we have already seen him forming quick bonds with familiar volunteers. We have reason to believe that Picot is already housebroken as he keeps his kennel space very tidy. Picot is about 5 and a half years old and weighs a petite 8 pounds - easily adaptable to any type of home. Give Picot a chance and he will be forever grateful!
