Kixx-Mans Best Friend! Miniature Pinscher & Manchester Terrier Mix Yorkville, IL

Being in rescue we have seen thousands of dogs from all walks of life and each with their own story to tell(wish they could!) So many of them have not had the best start in life and have fear issues. Typically if the dog is fearful he is even more so around men. Not to say it was necessarily a man that mistreated the dog but many dogs find a man a bit more intimidating. Not so with Kixx!! He is manly kind of dog and naturally gravitates to the men in his life. He simply adores my adult son that lives out of state and has visited twice since Kixx has been with us. Kixx remembered him when he recently returned and was soooooo happy to see him, so excited and just wanted to nestle in his lap. He really is a little love bug but can at first act a bit stand offish. He is a unique little guy and has the most fantastic trot, he does not just walk like other dogs, he is regal and almost majestic in his way of prancing across the yard. Kixx is one in a million, a perfect little gentleman(totally housebroken!) and would love to have a man in his life. Women are Ok as well, and older children. Kixx can sound grumbly when he wants attention, like I said...he is quite unique!! His adoption fee has been lowered to $150, we have plenty of food and treats to send home with him as well!.
