Meet Lizzie
My name is Lizzie. I am a fabulous looking tortie. I used to have a mom but she got very sick. She was so sick she couldn't move or even feed me and I wasn't allowed to sleep with her anymore. I didn't understand so I stopped eating and just sat in a corner all by myself. My mother had to go to the hospital and she knew she wasn't coming back so she called VFTA and asked them to take me. Suddenly I wasn't in my home anymore but was in a place with other cats who I didn't know. It took a while for me to realize that I wasn't going to see my mother again but that I would be safe. I feel better now but I very much want a home and a mother of my own.
