Meet Georgia

Georgia is a 3-4 year old "pocket pittie" who came to the shelter as a stray and was never claimed. She is probably in the 30-40 lb range and should stay at that size. Sweet Georgia has a very gentle and loving temperament; she is very easy to walk on the leash and has so much love to give to all of her friends. While Georgia is initially a tad shy meeting new people, it literally takes her 2 seconds to warm up and become besties with. This little peach of a dog has been friendly and shy with the other dogs she has met at the shelter thus far. Georgia is happiest cuddling in your lap and is happiest when she is by your side soaking up affection. We think her energy level is pretty low key, so she could make a great fit for a lot of different families looking for a calm, sweet demeanor.
