Attention big Doodle lovers! Toby is a stunningly handsome, sweet, gentle and sensitive, 2 year old, first generation (F1) Labradoodle who through no fault of his own, is now needing a new furever home and family.

Toby is a big, beautiful, sweet and special boy! A whole lotta love in one big package! He is friendly towards and with, all people, is smart as a whip and emotionally in tune with his peeps. He is extremely loving and gentle for a big guy. He has no idea he's not a little lap dog! He can still be quite puppy like as far as his energy level and would love a home where he has a big yard to romp and play. He is fully house-trained, has excellent recall, knows most of his basic commands but could use a little additional training with his leash manners.

Toby will need an active, patient, dog-savvy, ADULT ONLY home where someone is around for at least part of the day. He would love to have a yard that is surrounded by a physical fence and another well-mannered dog close to his size for companionship.

He is completely housebroken, neutered, microchipped, is UTD on all vaccines and preventatives and will be a wonderful addition to the right family.

In most cases, a PHYSICAL FENCE IS REQUIRED in order to be considered for a DRC rescue doodle.

DRC Adoption donations typically range from: $300 - $600 and vary according to the age, health, temperament and location of each dog. Every doodle is an individual and every doodle has his/her own specific needs and requirements. Adopters are selected based on compatibility, NOT on a "first come, first serve basis. At no time does DRC ever put the desires of applicants before or above the needs and requirements of rescue doodles in our program.
