Meet Athena

Athena, is 3 1/2-years-old. She has a very pretty brindle color and seems to be a lab mix, with possibly a touch of pit bull. She was rescued when she was a puppy by a friend of ours that witnessed a group of teens dragging her by her collar in College Point. When she approached the teens they asked for money in exchange for the puppy. Athena is sweet, loving and affectionate. She is Napoleon's best friend.
Although both dogs have lived with other dogs and cats, they are now very anxious around new dogs they come in contact with and we’re not sure why. To be safe, we are looking for a home with no other pets. They love people and are great with kids.
