HISTORY: Pixie and 250 of her closest friends and relative were rescued from a serious piggy hoarding situation! Motley Zoo Animal Rescue was asked to find Pixie a great forever family and that is exactly what we plan to do!!

NOTES FROM THE FOSTER HOME: Meet Miss Pixie! This little lady is a total delight. Pixie is adjusting well to being handled and is now climbing into laps and climbing up the shoulder to perch and tuck her head under your chin. She loves to have time out of her cage in her small exercise pen. Her favorite toys so far are tunnels of any kind! Pixie is fostered by a family with two young, animal-savvy children and she enjoys their company. She is fine being an only piggie as long as she gets daily attention and a little time outside her cage to be with her people. When you hear her little piggie purr while she gets her ears scratched, you'll know that she's the pig for you! Pixie is quite the little love bug and would make a great addition to the family.

Instead, all our rescue animals are cared for in private foster homes where the animals receive one-on-one care and attention in a home environment until permanent placement is found.
