Matilda is an incredibly adorable 5 to 6 year old Poodle/Maltese mix girl. So much personality in this little 10 pound dollbaby!

Matilda, who has had her name since birth, was surrendered to our rescue for no other reason than that her owners could no longer care for her as they had lost their home. With Matilda being passed around among family members, they finally made the difficult decision that she would be better off in a stable, lifetime home.

Matilda in her pink fancy bows, prefers NOT to be around other dogs but does tolerate her foster mates at the rescue. She is very protective of her crate/food/person/treats from other dogs only but not from people.

She will bark initially whenever she meets new people or kids, however does not bite. She is a chatty little lady, and once she sees you mean her no harm, the silliness will begin! She is so so personable Matilda can actually walk several steps on her hind legs in an uprite position for your attention! She enjoys sleeping on the foot of her foster's bed as well!

Matilda does great with both male and female adults, and has always been around children of different ages.

Matilda is a longer coated breed that will require regular brushing as well as professional grooming every 6 to 8 weeks. She is both house and leash trained and rides well in the car.

Matilda's adoption fee is 425.00. This fee includes her spay, all vaccinations including rabies and bordatella, microchip, de-worming and professional groom.
