Linda could not be cuter. Seriously. Take a peek at her wonderful face. She's cuter than a cartoon. Even Walt Disney himself couldn't improve on her looks. She's even too cute for her name...her friends at HART have taken to calling her Lindy for short.

Lindy's cuteness factor is closely matched to her energy level and need to be active. This sweet, sweet 6 month old girl needs a family with someone home more often than not to keep her company. She's a howler and isn't suited to townhome or apartment living. A detached house with a fully fenced yard is required. Linda needs space to run and blow off some hound puppy steam without the risk of escape. She will also need to let loose with her houndy bellow without annoying nearby neighbours. When she first came into our care her housetraining needed some attention but she very quickly got the hang of going outside and hasn't had any accidents since then. She sleeps quietly through the night when she's crated in a bedroom with some human company.

Linda gets along with all other dogs. She is respectful and just loves to play with everybody. She is curious about cats and will try to play with them too. She could be suited to a home with a cat who has the confidence to tell her to buzz off if she becomes a pest. She doesn't limit her affection to other animals -- Linda is a snuggle bug and loves nothing more than getting in close for some cuddles from people.

She already knows some basic commands and is very eager to learn. She's shown a real interest in food on kitchen counters and she wishes she was just a little bit taller so that she could reach!

This sweet, smart, loving girl needs some structure, guidance, affection and love. Lindy needs you to have what we all want...to live happily ever after.

An adoption donation of $350 applies and a fenced yard is required. Too young to be spayed, she will be adopted with a spay contract in place. She is up to date with her vaccines, microchipped and currently weighs 22 lbs. She is in great health and her birthday is October 10, 2016.
