Meet Esmerelda Foxglimmer

Miss Esmerelda Foxglimmer was rescued from a high kill shelter after she was horribly attacked by a dog. She sustained life threatening injuries and spent over a week at the vets fighting for her life.

She had a pneumothorax (a puncture through her chest cavity) a complete abdominal tear over her abdominal cavity, bad bruising of one kidney, pancreatic inflammation and her fat tissue around the wound had started to becoming necrotic. But through this all she purred and tried her best to be brave. Quite a lot for a small little 5 month old kitten to go through.

Now Esme (as we call her) is healthy, happy and ready for her new forever home where she will be loved, cherished and kept safe for her whole life. This darling girl is sweet, gentle, loves to play and purrs like a motor boat.
