Meet Misty, the sweetest kitty with the extra special "kissing chin!" Her face just radiates love! She's a very special cat, with beautiful markings and a heart of pure gold.
Misty and her brother, Mittens, lost their loving home when their human had to enter a nursing home. They have known love, but suddenly their whole world has changed. They've been with our rescue for a few months now, but everyone seems to want a tiny kitten, and the beautiful adults are overlooked.
We recently brought Misty to our home to give her a little break from her stay at Petco, where she's been hoping and waiting for that special person to walk in, fall in love, and take her home- but it just hasn't happened yet. Since she's been with us, she has begun to show her amazing personality! She doesn't mind our many cats, foster kittens, loud teenage females and seems totally in her element in a real home!
Misty likes conversations, (she will chit chat with you!) snoozing on the cat tree, and most of all- LOVE. She loves to purr and be held, perfect for someone looking for a friendly, loving companion.
Misty is 8 years old- young enough to be a perfect family member, old enough to know her good manners. She is spayed, fully vetted, and really hoping the right person is going to finally find her and bring her HOME.
