Name: Minerva
Nicknames: Minne (pronounced mini)

Activity Level: Medium
Things I do in my free time: play with toys with mom or dad, play tug with my foster brother, chase my foster siblings outside, CUDDLE!
Things I know: my name, potty trained--you still have to keep close eye on her as she is still a puppy but is seriously doing fantastic with potty training both in the crate & while she's out in the house with us, sit, sit and wait to eat my food until I hear OK, take treats gently, not to play bite people with my sharp puppy teeth, will go in crate when told CRATE
Things I am learning: come (doing really well), lie down, off, crate manners (wait to be released from crate with OK word), walking on a leash
Kids: love them! I went to a softball game for my foster mom's niece and there were lots of young kids around, and all I wanted to do was be by them and give them kisses.
Dogs: I like dogs a lot, having friends is so much fun! I've done very well with all of the ones I've met so far -- I just want to play with everyone!
Cats: unknown
Car rides: I do great! (I either sit or lie down in the seat and chill for the whole ride)
Additional Info from foster parent: Minne is an incredible pup! She has the best fun loving personality, as her foster parents we couldn't be more happy to have her as part of the family until she finds her forever home -- we really enjoy her! Minne loves everyone...all the dogs and all the people she meets. She is spunky and curious, but also can get a little overwhelmed in some new situations -- pretty normal for a puppy that is still exploring the world :) She will just get a little scared and want to be glued to you until she gets comfortable in the new situation. But given that, she has really done great in the new situations we've introduced her to -- she went to my 12 year old niece's softball game and after getting over the 'whoa where am I initial reaction, she did great. Wanted to meet everyone and loved all the kids who wanted to come pet her. We also took her to a restaurant that allowed dogs on their patio and she was amazing! Everyone of course thought she was adorable, but also commented how good she was for a puppy -- we had her leash hooked up to the table and she had her blanket on the ground and bowl of water and was so content to just lie there and be with us and soak in her surroundings (and of course all the love our server and other patrons gave her). She would be such a special addition to any family!!
