TUPPER Manchester Terrier Mix Terre Haute, IN

Meet this wonderful boy Tupper. He is about 11 months of age He hasn't found a foster home yet, but is doing well at rescue. He was abandoned by his owner when they moved. An elderly lady called us to see if we could help since he was now living on the streets. He has had someone care at some point as he has had a leg amputation. He gets around well with just 3 legs. We only have 3 steps for him to go outside and he goes up and down them just fine. I don't think a large number of steps that are small steps would be the best for him though.

ALL DOGS ARE SPAYED / NEUTERED, RECEIVED BORDATELLA, WORMED WITHIN THE LAST 6 MONTHS, MICROCHIPPED, AND SHOTS ARE CURRENT AND KNOWN MEDICAL ISSUES TREATED.


LET ME BE CLEAR. YOU WILL SIGN A CONTRACT. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO TAKE YOUR DOG TO A VET WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR A CHECKUP. MY VETERINARIAN PROVIDES A FREE BASIC CHECKUP WITHIN THE WEEK AFTER ADOPTION. AS STATED ON THE CONTRACT, IF SOMETHING IS FOUND WRONG WITH THE ANIMAL WITHIN 7 DAYS, YOU MAY RETURN THE ANIMAL FOR A REFUND OF YOUR ADOPTION DONATION. WE WILL TAKE CARE OF WHATEVER THE DOG NEEDS AND THEN THE DOG WILL BE PLACED FOR ADOPTION AGAIN. WE DO OUR BEST TO ONLY ADOPT OUT HEALTHY ANIMALS, BUT THERE IS ALWAYS A SLIGHT CHANCE THAT SOMETHING IS WRONG THAT WE ARE NOT AWARE OF AT THE TIME OF ADOPTION. WE HAVE ONLY HAD A HANDFUL OF DOGS HAVE SOMETHING THAT WE WERE UNAWARE OF IN 7 YEARS. 2 OF WHICH WERE RE-ADOPTED BY THE SAME FAMILY AFTER WE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. WE TAKE IN STRAYS AND SHELTER DOGS AND WE DO NOT KNOW WHERE OR HOW THEY WERE LIVING PRIOR TO COMING TO US. CALL ME IMMEDIATELY IF THERE IS A PROBLEM SO WE MAY GET THE DOG BACK INTO OUR VET FOR TREATMENT.




All Dogs are spayed or neutered, UTD on shots, bordatella, worming, and microchipped.
