Meet Rose
“One rose says more than the dozen.” – Wendy Craig
This cannot be more true about our Rose. Rose is a 2-year-old Redbone Coonhound. Her previous owner saw her as flawed since she wouldn't hunt, so he turned her over to our shelter.
Rose is being treated for some medical issues with her eyes. She takes her eye medications so well, and she is doing so much better since she began treatment.
Rose is a sweetheart and has quickly taken the hearts of our staff and volunteers. We certainly do not see this beautiful dog as "flawed."
