Dear potential forever family,

Hi, I’m Ginger… a fun-loving, glass is overflowing kind of gal with a zest for life. I’m about 1-year-old, which means I have A LOT OF ENERGY and promise to keep you on your toes. It may be hard to tell right now with my short hairstyle, but I am a poodle with cafe au lait hair that is oh-so-soft, perfect for lots of pets! My favorite things to do are hanging out with you and hanging out with you! I like to be thisclose but I’m working on my personal space, as well as my manners and training. So far, I know “sit,” “lay down,” and “give five.” I am already an expert at walking on a leash and enjoy nice strolls with you, especially when we get to meet other dogs. I’m super social and get along with all dog buddies, and having another dog to play with would be kinda perfect for me! Because I am still learning to trust, I can be a bit shy at first, but once I know you have my back, then you’ll get to see my colorful personality. I will do best with someone who is patient, kind, and has an active lifestyle. My PAWfect person will teach me the ropes, have a good sense of humor, a positive outlook on life, and desires a best buddy who is by their side most of the time. I am an A+ student and super eager, so if you teach me, I will SHINE! When we are not playing or going on walks, I love cuddling up to you and sneaking kisses whenever possible.
