This adorable mush ball is about 8 months old and around 42 lbs. Per his foster dad, he is intelligent, curious and friendly to everyone he meets. He listens to commands, unless another dog is present and then he is too busy trying to get them to play, play, play! All forms of play lead to wrestling, every last one.

He is perfect in his crate, even retreating to it during the evening on his own, never soiling it and always quiet. He does have occasional urination accidents outside of his crate but goes for days at a time without one and is getting better and better now that he's on a schedule. He loves his toys but doesn't try to destroy them, and your furniture is safe from being chewed.

Delano is high energy and will thrive with someone who can match his energy level. An active family (or individual), someone with another playful dog, or someone looking for a beach buddy or jogging companion will be perfect and give him an awesome outlet for his energy and leave him happy and quiet. Though Delano is also snuggly and enjoys his down time, he is not a good fit for someone just looking for a loungey guy.

Delano's foster family says he's one of the friendliest (and cutest!) dogs ever so hopefully he'll find his perfect match soon.
