Meet Blitz
Blitz was found on someone's front lawn, in a very rural part of AL. He went right up to the children and was playing with them. The family fed him on their front porch, but wouldn't take him inside, as they had other dogs, and didn't want any more dogs. So, Blitz would run around all day, coming back onto their porch for breakfast and dinner. Not the safest situation, and when the neighbor threatened to shoot him, they knew he meant business, so they tied him on the porch. This was in Nov, and as the weather was starting to get cold, this was not the right situation for this dog. My friend texted me and asked if I could take him, so we got Blitz fully vetted, neutered, microchipped and up to NY. He came to us the week before Christmas, hence the name BLITZ, short for Blitzen. Blitz is about 4 yrs old, weighs 30 lbs, is housebroken, and sits on command. He loves adults, children, dogs and cats. He is a very sweet, funny, loving dog that is looking for his forever home.
