Meet Scooter

Scooter ~ 2009 white Cockapoo. He was found in an abandoned house all matted and dirty. He has been cleaned up and fully vetted. He does have chronic ear infections from neglect and is currently undergoing treatment. He does suffer from anxiety and will bark and howl. Probably from being left in the house alone for so long. He might do best with a stay at home person.
