My name is Dixie. Unfortunately my dad got sick and passed away recently. He loved me more than anything. I now find myself in need of a new home. I just went to the vet and am healthy and up to date on my vaccines. I grew up in a quiet house and would need a quiet new home. I need someone who will take the time to get to know me as i am 16 and only had my dad.my foster mom says you can come and visit me and get to know me as to help me have a comfortable transition to a new home. I love to be brushed and have some favorite toys I like to play with. I mostly would like just hang around.
