Dahlia Pointer & Retriever Mix Minneapolis, MN

My name is Dahlia and my foster mom told me that I'm about as sweet as they come. She also said I was the best foster that she's ever given a bath too (and she's given a lot of baths). I sat there very still the whole time and waited to shake off until we were all done (she was very impressed). I love to play, my tail wags a lot and I am very happy. I'm very good at riding in the car and walking on a leash, I like going on new adventures. I love all people and if you are sitting still, I like to cuddle up next or sometimes on you if that works. I can also be very mellow, if everyone else is relaxing-I will curl up and relax too. I'm working on and doing well with potty training and I am kenneled while my foster mom works.

Dahlia is estimated to be 1 year old and 35 lbs.Since we don't know at all what doggy genes are in the dogs make up (we don't know who mom and dad are!), we are just guessing on breed and size when grown. All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They have all had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer, are treated for fleas, have a heartworm test if over 6 months old and are up to date on a heartworm preventative.
