Freyja - Adoption Pending!! Great Pyrenees & Labrador Retriever Mix Philomath, OR

Freyja, is very much like the Norse Goddess she was named after...
a beautiful and loving spirit. A young 1 year old who loves to run and play, and should have a space to let it all out. A fenced yard is preferred. She gets along with other dogs but is an oaf, and needs work on her manners. She is very smart and eager to please, so training together with her will certainly cement a new relationship.
We were told that she is part Pyrenees and lab, but I'm suspecting she has some other genes in her. She has a build like a Greyhound and runs like the wind. Freyja is house trained, spayed and vaccinated, and she is already micro-chipped.
This sweet girl would do best if she had a job to do, or had lots of room to run and frolic... we've noticed that the more exercise she has the mellower she is when she comes inside. Still has a lot of puppy energy in her. She has been around cats that are self-assured and don't run, so cats just depends on their personality. She is extremely interested in things that move... and we do know that she is not good with chickens, unfortunately.. She is quite large (tall and long legged) so small children might get knocked over by her her enthusiasm.
