Update 2/7. Linus is struggling in his cage, he doesn't understand why he is there, and why he can't stay in the volunteer room, on the soft beds, with lots of toys. Please, give Linus a chance, he too deserves a forever home. He needs someone who will be patient with him, and so badly wants to be loved. Please stop by, spend time with this adorable dog. Release date 1/13, Linus is a friendly dog, a little on the shy side at first, but out of his pen, he does much better. This fellow has missed some meals, very thin, but he is being cared for and loved! He is warming up to everyone nicely, and enjoying time out of his pen, getting lots of attention. What a handsome blue pit he is, and if you love the bully breeds, you are going to love Linus. Please give him a chance, stop by and spend time with him, see if he is the dog for your family! He will gain weight much faster in a home than at the shelter. Come in and meet loveable Linus! He will be the shy guy in cage 13, sitting quietly at his cage door. $99.00 fee (puppies under 6 months of age are $150.00) includes OH license, DA2PP, Bordetella vaccine, Heartworm testing, dewormer, and spay/neuter. Flea treatment will be provided if fleas are noticed. All dogs will be spayed/neutered and microchipped before leaving the facility. An e-collar may be purchased for $15.00. Because most of our dogs were picked up as strays, we have no knowledge of any behavior or health issues. Stray dogs are held for 72 hours before being placed for adoption.
