My name is Akye and I am 2 years old. I was dropped off at a shelter in Dallas after having babies. White Paws German Shepherd Rescue stepped in immediately to save me.

I am a very sweet, loving, and submissive dog. I know sit, stay, leave it, easy, and down already. I love my toys and bones and being around my humans. Surprisingly, I love the Wisconsin snow and being outside. I work very hard to please my humans and am treat motivated. I am house trained and love a comfy bed on the floor as much as human furniture.

I am doing much better in the crate and only whine or bark in it when I have to go outside. I have been left in the house when my humans leave and haven't destroyed anything or had any accidents. I am getting much better walking on a leash as well. My foster is working really hard with me on this skill and am sure I will continue to improve.

My foster mom says I am the sweetest dog ever but recommends that my forever family not have any cats or small children under the age of 7. When I get excited I tend to jump and I tend to chase those feline creatures. My forever home can have older kids, dogs, and adults. I love all people. I am spayed, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and on heart worm preventative.

Puppies, under 1 year - $350.00
Dog's 1-7 - $300.00
Senior's - $150.00

All our dogs are Vet checked, spayed/neutered, dewormer, current on all shots, heart worm checked and on preventative before being adopted out, and will come with a Health Certificate. We look for the best possible families for them, so please be patient with our adoption process.
