Lola Collie & German Shepherd Dog Mix Cromwell, MN

Lola has been here for some time now. She is a special girl who needs a special person. around 6 yrs old, spayed, micro chipped, house trained. She does have prey drive so needs a home with no small animals. Not good with children. She prefers women over men and can be reactive. She gets very agitated with things like motorcycles. she is learning some impulse control but will need someone with experience to continue working with her. She is a tall girl and is very sweet once she trusts you. She will play with a select few dogs who are playful and not dominant but has to be on her terms. She would prefer to be an only dog as she can be set off by small things with other dogs. (Lola does seem to like younger dogs/puppies)

She was adopted last summer but had to be returned as the gal did not have enough experience for a dog like Lola. She has energy and a big goofy streak and will tear around the dog yard as fast as she can. She is great in the house and is happy to chill out and lay on her bed. She needs a quiet home where she can just kind of live in peace. Lola has been bounced around too much and needs a stable, secure and permanent home. We will be very picky about where she goes as hopefully it will be her last home.
