What lucky girl has a stuffed pig toy? This girl! Hello! My name is Tessa. I am a sweet girl who loves to be around people. I love to follow my foster mom around, because I just like to know what everyone is doing so I can pick the most fun activity to be a part of. Sometimes that is napping. I love to ride in the car, especially if we get to go to fun places like the dog park, or anywhere I can meet new people and new dogs. Want to play a fun game of indoor fetch? Hey, I love that too! Do you like to take walks around the neighborhood? Well, hey, I’m great at that too. I’ve got that leash thing all worked out.

I am in the prime time of my doggy life. I am mature enough to have the run of the house while my foster family is away AND I go to the bathroom outside, every time. I also get a bed of my own next to my foster human’s bed to sleep on at night. I even get along great with the resident dog and cat. If you are looking for a sweet, mature girl that likes stuffed pig toys and snuggles, I’m the one for you.

She’s about 8 years old and about 40 lbs. Since we don't know at all what doggy genes are in the dogs make up (we don't know who mom and dad are!), we are just guessing on breed.

All dogs are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They have all had a vet exam, are up to date on vaccinations, have been given a dewormer, are treated for fleas, have a heartworm test if over 6 months old and are up to date on a heartworm preventative.
