Meet Rock
Rock is being offered by a reputable dog trainer who is trying to place this dog. The rescue group that originally rescued this dog is not going to be able to pay for his board after DEC 31st.
This is not a Duffy's Friends dog and we are trying to help the trainer that has 10 dogs left with her without financial support. This dog will not need a fence. This dog is being offered by Animal Behavior Specialists as he has been boarding for almost two years and its just time for him to get a home. His adoption donation is $100.00 and will be returned to you when you take a few lessons.
Rock is trained 1st level obedience and is housebroken. The only problem is that he must be the only dog and have no cats in the home. That reason is why this poor boy has been waiting two years in boarding to find a home. It's hard for dogs that have to fly solo and Rock is one of them.
He is sweet and he was found on the streets of NYC about 2 years ago. A vet gave money to a homeless man when he saw the dog and the dog's mother being beaten. At that time Rock was a young puppy. The vet spayed and neutered the dogs and sent them to rescue. That was about 2 years ago and he has been waiting ever since.
The application is found on Duffy's Friends website at duffysfriends.org. Please fill it out and we will work on setting up a meet and greet.
