This little sweetheart is a good companion for a family or individual that is home a lot. Minnie Pearl does expect attention to the point of being needy, so keep in mind that she could pose a tripping hazard. She also has an independent side, complete with selective hearing, and will make a quick break for the outdoors if an opportunity presents itself. She is one of the few capable of being an indoor/outdoor cat after an appropriate bonding period.

All animals for adoption have passed a number of health tests; are spayed/neutered, up to date on their shots, and microchipped. We are an all-volunteer organization funded completely by donations, and ask for an adoption donation of $125-$150 for each cat to help offset the medical costs for the next one we bring in. Ownership costs per year for a cat average $700.
