Health:. Up to date on rabies and distemper vaccines. Heartworm and Lyme tests are negative. A very tiny hernia but vet is unconcerned.
Peepers is a charming, adorable, smart, and happy little Chin who loves to cuddle. Although he is good with other dogs, he tends to want all of the attention and will do whatever it takes to make sure that you know he's there. When Peepers arrived at his foster home, he immediately growled and snapped at one of the older dogs. Within the past two weeks, however, this behavior has diminished considerably and he gets along very well with all of the Chins as well as with the two cats.
For the past three years, Peepers has lived with another small female Chin. Ideally, he would do best in a home where he could be the only dog or at the very least, one of only two. Peepers loves and trusts all people and makes his presence known by demanding and expecting hugs and kisses.
It is not known how Peepers responds to children but, given his very small size, I would discourage anyone with young children from adopting him.
