Beverly and Tamika - Bonded Pair Flat-Coated Retriever Mix Simsbury, CT

Introducing Beverly and Tamika, a bonded pair that are very attached to one another, therefore we are looking for a home to take them both. These girls came to us bonded from a high kill shelter and we suspect they might be related - mother/daughter maybe? We really don't know but we suspect they are roughly about 2 years apart and both flat coat retriever mixes. Beverly is the larger of the two. She came to us completely bald but with some TLC has regrown 3/4 of her fur back except patches on her legs which seem they will be forever hairless. She's a happy, bouncy girl, walks pretty well on leash and is overly interested in cats so we recommend a home without cats to keep the peace. Her estimated year of birth is 2008 and her weight is around 45 lbs.

We describe Tamika as a smiley sugar lump. She's the smaller of the two. She's very expressive with her eyes and smile and will entertain you with her antics as she rolls in the grass. She can be shy upon first meeting but once you make contact she is fine. She hasn't quite mastered leash walking yet so she will need continued training in that area. Her estimated year of birth is 2010 and her weight is around 35 lbs.
