Lady Catahoula Leopard Dog & Hound Mix Houston, TX

Look into my eyes, deep into my eyes. . . .My name is Lady and I have the most mesmerizing ice blue eyes you’ve ever seen. I am a four-year-old Catahoula mix and my life was rather tragic before I was rescued, together with my 8 puppies, by two Pup Squad board members.

Pup Squad made sure I was spayed, treated for heartworms and current on all my vaccines. I am also on Heartgard, Nexgard and I have my own microchip. I am crate trained, housetrained and leash trained. I may have a little hound in my background as I chase wildlife and small animals in my backyard. No small breed dogs, cats or kittens for me. I do very well with my foster’s two personal large dogs.

I love to run in the backyard when the weather is cool and clear. I am extremely intelligent and my foster mom swears I have a photographic memory. My ideal home is with adults only who are experienced with dogs – especially with Catahoulas. I would probably make a great running partner – unfortunately my foster mom is a slug.

Our adoption fee is a $200.00 donation to Pup Squad Animal Rescue. Our adopted dogs are all spayed/neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped. We are happy to transport our dogs out-of-state as we have lots of experience doing this and love to see our dogs to the best homes possible! We will assist with the whole process to getting your new pet to you. Feel free to email us regarding availability or any other questions. Please remember all breed estimates are just that...estimations based on our experience. NOTE: We will only do transport if the dogs are 4 months of age or older as this means they are fully vetted and spay/neutered at this age.
