Meet Ninja **Diabetic**

ESTIMATED DATE OF BIRTH: 02/20/10

Meet Ninja. This sweet boy came to us all 4 paws declawed, and diabetic which we are working on and hoping goes into remission as we have seen with many of our other diabetic cats. This is done with a special low carb diet that will need to be continued throughout his life to guarantee his recovery. He is on insulin currently for diabetes and 3 meds for IBD so potential adopters must be willing to give injections and pills as well. Despite his ailments, he is a very confident, easy going boy. He prefers to be next to you at all time but does not like to be picked up or held. He is not the most cuddly but he does like to get pets and rub on your legs when he wants food. He likes high places so cat tress are a must for this boy. He does fine with other cats but will swat at them if he wants some space. He is tolerant of dogs but prefers they keep their distance and leave him alone. He would probably do better with older kids who are respectful of his need for space. His adoption fee includes his neuter surgery, microchip, Rabies & PRC (distemper) vaccinations, and FeLV/FIV tests.
